At the heart of the workshop were presentations by the research group's faculty members, who discussed the current status of their research projects. These presentations were followed by lively discussions, which generated constructive ideas and suggestions for further developments. The exchange of ideas also deepened the understanding of the various research approaches among group members.

A session on quality management in teaching allowed participants to share challenges and best practices in supervising student thesis projects. Through coordinated processes, the aim is to further enhance the quality and attractiveness of teaching. In the "How to pitch my research ideas" session, participants practiced succinctly presenting their research ideas, with the goal of obtaining helpful feedback from the academic community, for instance, at conference workshops.

In the evenings, the research group had the opportunity to get to know each other better at a brewery and a bowling alley.
